Calling all foodies?

So my mother would like for me to serve her appetizers by the pool with wine this Mother's Day. This will take place in the evening and if anyone has any appetizer suggestions I would appreciate it!

So far I am going to do a goat cheese crositini with a touch of sea salt, honey and a walnut. I also (at her request) am going to serve cream cheese jalopeno poppers with rasberry jam sauce. But honestly, I don't know what else...I have a ton of options...anyone out there have a great recipe? Or a great idea?

  1. I was going to say bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese. I actually had a blog post about them a while back, and they are to die for.
